What fun I had collecting as many different herbs as I could for this arrangement. I have these tiny little bottles, excavated from a rubbish dump (not by me!), and they were the perfect size to fit below the top tier. I often use herbs instead of flowers for our tables as my garden is mostly indigenous as we live alongside a Nature Reserve and somehow it seems inappropriate to grow exotics. We do, however, have a walled garden for our roses.
