Chopsticks and crowns into stirrers

When my daughter Donna got married we had the most delightful wedding here at our house – Tashdon. With only immediate family, it made the occasion so special.

We served drinks and champagne before lunch and needed stirrers for the drinks. Needless to say, we couldn’t find any suitable, so decided to make our own.

We bought chopsticks and pretty paperclips with little, jewelled crowns and Jim cut off the paperclip part and patiently glued the tiny crowns onto the ends of the chopsticks.

We still use them today!
